* hurd/fopenport.c [! USE_IN_LIBIO] (cookie_io_functions_t): Define as macro for __io_functions. (funcsio): Use cookie_io_functions_t type name. (fopenport): Renamed from __fopenport. Rewrite to call fopencookie.
