Update.

	* Makeconfig (combreloc-LDFLAGS): New variable.
	Add it to LDFALGS.so, LDFLAGS-rtld, and +link.
	* config.make.in (have-z-combreloc): New variable.
	* configure.in: Substitute libc_cv_z_combreloc.

	* iconv/strtab.c (searchstring): Use correct length for comparison.
