sh: Add string-fzb.hazanella/generic-strings
Use the SH cmp/str on has_{zero,eq,zero_eq}. Checked on sh4-linux-gnu. Adhemerval Zanella <adhemerval.zanella@linaro.org> * sysdeps/sh/string-fzb.h: New file.
