cast the string size to gulong and use %lu for printing to avoid 64bit

* tests/testglib.c (main): cast the string size to gulong and use %lu
for printing to avoid 64bit issues
* glib/gstrfuncs.[ch] (g_ascii_strncasecmp): Change the 'n' argument
to gsize instead guint.
