Minor markup fixes.
* glib/gshell.c, glib/gspawn.c, glib/gspawn-win32.c, glib/gerror.c,
glib/gfileutils.c, glib/ghash.c, glib/gmain.c, glib/gasyncqueue.c,
glib/gtree.c: Minor markup fixes.
* glib/tmpl/caches.sgml: GCs are cached by GTK, not by GDK.
