Refactor collapse comments end-to-end testqa/refactor-e2e-test
To:
- Better separate scopes (pre-conditions on before, tests on it)
- Remove unnecessary expectation
- Replace other unnecessary expectations by page.assert_text
- Move variables closer to where they're used
