Change project pipeline status cache key to follow project convention

Old cache key was: `projects/#{id}/pipeline_status/#{sha}`
New one is: `project:#{id}:pipeline_status:#{sha}`

This allows to delete any project related key just by scanning for:
`project:#{id}`.
