Merge branch 'np/delta'
* np/delta:
improve diff-delta with sparse and/or repetitive data
tiny optimization to diff-delta
replace adler32 with Rabin's polynomial in diff-delta
use delta index data when finding best delta matches
split the diff-delta interface
