Merge branch 'rt/rebase-p-no-merge-summary'
"git rebase -p" internally used the merge machinery, but when rebasing, there should not be a need for merge summary. * rt/rebase-p-no-merge-summary: rebase --preserve-merges: ignore "merge.log" config
