Merge branch 'jc/merge-reduce-parents-early'
Octopus merge strategy did not reduce heads that are recorded in the
final commit correctly.

fmt-merge-msg: discard needless merge parents
builtin/merge.c: reduce parents early
builtin/merge.c: collect other parents early
