Merge branch 'jc/maint-fbsd-sh-ifs-workaround'
Some shells do not behave correctly when IFS is unset; work it around by explicitly setting it to the default value. * jc/maint-fbsd-sh-ifs-workaround: sh-setup: work around "unset IFS" bug in some shells
