ref-filter: reflow recently changed branch/tag/for-each-ref docs
Reflow the recently changed branch/tag-for-each-ref documentation. This change shows no changes under --word-diff, except the innocuous change of moving git-tag.txt's "[--sort=<key>]" around slightly.
