Merge branch 'eb/no-pthreads'
Allow us build with NO_PTHREADS=NoThanks compilation option.

Handle atexit list internaly for unthreaded builds
pack-objects: set number of threads before checking and warning
index-pack: fix compilation with NO_PTHREADS
