* cp-demangle.c (NAMESPACE_SEPARATOR): New define.
(struct demangling_def): Add `style' field.
(demangling_new): New parameter `style'. Set it in demangling_t.
(demangle_prefix): Use NAMESPACE_SEPARATOR.
(demangle_type_ptr): Don't emit pointer symbol if doing Java output.
(cp_demangle): New parameter `style'. Pass it to demangling_new().
(main): Call cp_demangle with extra parameter.

* fixinc/fixincl.c (extract_quoted_files): Simplify out some gunk.
* fixinc/gnu-regex.c: Include safe-ctype.h, not ctype.h. No need to

* lex.c: Don't bother checking whether ISUPPER(c) before
calling TOLOWER(c). Don't bother checking whether isascii(c)

DELETED_ENTRY slot, change it to EMPTY_ENTRY first.
(clear_hash_table_slot): New function which deletes an entry
by its position in the table, not its value.
(traverse_hash_table): New function which calls a hook
function for every live entry in the table.
* hashtab.h: Give hash_table_t a struct tag. Add prototypes
for clear_hash_table_slot and traverse_hash_table. Correct
prototype of all_hash_table_collisions.
