__builtin_set_thread_pointer machine-specific builtins.
(xtensa_fold_builtin): Remove XTENSA_BUILTIN_THREAD_POINTER,
XTENSA_BUILTIN_SET_THREAD_POINTER cases.
(xtensa_expand_builtin): Remove XTENSA_BUILTIN_THREAD_POINTER,
XTENSA_BUILTIN_SET_THREAD_POINTER cases.
