No need to override INSTALL_ASSERT_H.
* fixinc/fixinc.dgux, fixinc/fixinc.interix, fixinc/fixinc.ptx,
fixinc/fixinc.svr4, fixinc/fixinc.winnt, fixinc/fixinc.wrap,
fixinc/fixincl.sh: Don't install assert.h into objdir/include.
