Invoke darwin_parse_macosx_version_name.
* config/rs6000/darwin.h (SUBTARGET_OVERRIDE_OPTIONS): Add
darwin_parse_macosx_version_name to Darwin option handling.
* doc/invoke.texi (-mmacosx=): Document.
