This commit adds the -fmacro-prefix-map option that allows remapping of file
names in __FILE__, __BASE_FILE__, and __builtin_FILE(), similar to how
-fdebug-prefix-map allows to do the same for debug information.
Additionally, it adds -ffile-prefix-map which can be used to specify both
mappings with a single option (and, should we need to add more -f*-prefix-map
options in the future, those as well).

This patch looks for pseudo registers that are live across a call
and for which no call-preserved hard registers exist. It then
recomputes the pseudos as necessary to ensure that they are no
longer live across a call. The comment at the head of the file
describes the approach.
A new target hook selects which modes should be treated in this way.
By default none are, in which case the pass is skipped very early.
It might also be worth looking for cases like:
C1: R1 := f (...)
...
C2: R2 := f (...)
C3: R1 := C2
and giving the same value number to C1 and C3, effectively treating
it like:
C1: R1 := f (...)
...
C2: R2 := f (...)
C3: R1 := f (...)
Another (much more expensive) enhancement would be to apply value
numbering to all pseudo registers (not just rematerialisation
candidates), so that we can handle things like:
C1: R1 := f (...R2...)
...
C2: R1 := f (...R3...)
where R2 and R3 hold the same value. But the current pass seems
to catch the vast majority of cases.

This patch makes CONST_VECTOR use the same encoding as VECTOR_CST.
One problem that occurs in RTL but not at the tree level is that a fair
amount of code uses XVEC and XVECEXP directly on CONST_VECTORs (which is
valid, just with looser checking). This is complicated by the fact that
vectors are also represented as PARALLELs in some target interfaces,
so using XVECEXP is a good polymorphic way of handling both forms.
Rather than try to untangle all that, the best approach seemed to be to
continue to encode every element in a fixed-length vector. That way only
target-independent and AArch64 code need to be precise about using
CONST_VECTOR_ELT over XVECEXP.
After this change is no longer valid to modify CONST_VECTORs in-place.
This needed some fix-up in the powerpc backends.

One of the changes needed for variable-length VEC_PERM_EXPRs -- and for
long fixed-length VEC_PERM_EXPRs -- is the ability to use constant
selectors that wouldn't fit in the vectors being permuted. E.g. a
permute on two V256QIs can't be done using a V256QI selector.
At the moment constant permutes use two interfaces:
targetm.vectorizer.vec_perm_const_ok for testing whether a permute is
valid and the vec_perm_const optab for actually emitting the permute.
The former gets passed a vec<> selector and the latter an rtx selector.
Most ports share a lot of code between the hook and the optab, with a
wrapper function for each interface.
We could try to keep that interface and require ports to define wider
vector modes that could be attached to the CONST_VECTOR (e.g. V256HI or
V256SI in the example above). But building a CONST_VECTOR rtx seems a bit
pointless here, since the expand code only creates the CONST_VECTOR in
order to call the optab, and the first thing the target does is take
the CONST_VECTOR apart again.
The easiest approach therefore seemed to be to remove the optab and
reuse the target hook to emit the code. One potential drawback is that
it's no longer possible to use match_operand predicates to force
operands into the required form, but in practice all targets want
register operands anyway.
The patch also changes vec_perm_indices into a class that provides
some simple routines for handling permutations. A later patch will
flesh this out and get rid of auto_vec_perm_indices, but I didn't
want to do all that in this patch and make it more complicated than
it already is.

This patch adds a new "poly_int" class to represent polynomial integers
of the form:
C0 + C1*X1 + C2*X2 ... + Cn*Xn
It also adds poly_int-based typedefs for offsets and sizes of various
precisions. In these typedefs, the Ci coefficients are compile-time
constants and the Xi indeterminates are run-time invariants. The number
of coefficients is controlled by the target and is initially 1 for all
ports.
Most routines can handle general coefficient counts, but for now a few
are specific to one or two coefficients. Support for other coefficient
counts can be added when needed.
The patch also adds a new macro, IN_TARGET_CODE, that can be
set to indicate that a TU contains target-specific rather than
target-independent code. When this macro is set and the number of
coefficients is 1, the poly-int.h classes define a conversion operator
to a constant. This allows most existing target code to work without
modification. The main exceptions are:
- values passed through ..., which need an explicit conversion to a
constant
- ?: expression in which one arm ends up being a polynomial and the
other remains a constant. In these cases it would be valid to convert
the constant to a polynomial and the polynomial to a constant, so a
cast is needed to break the ambiguity.
The patch also adds a new target hook to return the estimated
value of a polynomial for costing purposes.
The patch also adds operator<< on wide_ints (it was already defined
for offset_int and widest_int). I think this was originally excluded
because >> is ambiguous for wide_int, but << is useful for converting
bytes to bits, etc., so is worth defining on its own. The patch also
adds operator% and operator/ for offset_int and widest_int, since those
types are always signed. These changes allow the poly_int interface to
be more predictable.
I'd originally tried adding the tests as selftests, but that ended up
bloating cc1 by at least a third. It also took a while to build them
at -O2. The patch therefore uses plugin tests instead, where we can
force the tests to be built at -O0. They still run in negligible time
when built that way.

This patch uses a simple compression scheme to represent the contents
of a VECTOR_CST using its leading elements. There are three formats:
1) a repeating sequence of N values. This is encoded using the first
N elements.
2) a "foreground" sequence of N values inserted at the beginning of
a "background" repeating sequence of N values, such as:
{ 1, 2, 0, 0, 0, 0, ... }. This is encoded using the first 2*N
elements.
2) a "foreground" sequence of N values inserted at the beginning of
a "background" repeating sequence of N interleaved linear series,
such as: { 0, 0, 8, 10, 9, 11, 10, 12, ... }. This is encoded
using the first 3*N elements. In practice the foreground values
are often part of the same series as the background values,
such as: { 1, 11, 2, 12, 3, 13, ... }.
This reduces the amount of work involved in processing simple
vector constants and means that the encoding extends naturally
to variable-length vectors.

This patch extends the C frontend's "knowledge" of the C stdlib within
get_c_name_hint to cover some more macros and functions, covering
a case reported in PR c/81404 ("INT_MAX"), so that rather than printing:

It also adds generalizes some of the code for this (and for the "std::"
namespace hints in the C++ frontend), moving it to a new
c-family/known-headers.cc and .h, and introducing a class known_headers.
This currently just works by scanning a hardcoded array of known
name/header associations, but perhaps in the future could be turned
into some kind of symbol database so that the compiler could record API
uses and use that to offer suggestions e.g.
foo.cc: error: 'myapi::foo' was not declared in this scope
foo.cc: note: 'myapi::foo" was declared in header 'myapi/private.h'
(included via 'myapi/public.h') when compiling 'bar.cc'; did you forget to
'#include "myapi/public.h"'?
or somesuch.
In any case, moving this to a class gives an easier way to locate the
hardcoded knowledge about the stdlib.
The patch also adds similar code to the C++ frontend covering
unqualified names in the standard library, so that rather than just
e.g.:

It's useful to not rely on global_dc in selftests, so this patch
moves class selftest::test_diagnostic_context from
diagnostic-show-locus.c to a new header and source file.

This patch splits the auto-generated inline functions out of
insn-modes.h and puts them in a new header file, insn-modes-inline.h.
It also makes coretypes.h include these files directly, rather than
indirectly via machmode.h. This in turn allows insn-modes-inline.h
and machmode.h to come later in the include list, after wide-int.h.
This is useful for later patches.
insn-modes.h itself still needs to come first, since it provides
configuration information like MAX_BITSIZE_MODE_ANY_INT, which is
used to control the size of a wide_int.
The patch also makes the generator files include machmode.h
via coretypes.h. Previously they did it by more indirect means.
Finally, the patch makes wide-int-print.h available via coretypes.h
too. There didn't seem to be any reason to force only the print
routines to be included directly, and it would be painful to extend
that approach to the SVE patches.

The ARM option parsing code uses sbitmap data structures to manage
features and upcoming patches will shortly need to use these bitmaps
within the driver. This patch moves sbitmap.o from OBJS to
OBJS-libcommon to facilitate this.
The patch has no impact on targets that don't need this functionality,
since the object is part of an archive and will only be extracted if
needed.

* Makefile.in (PREPROCESSOR_DEFINES): Add a level of indirection
for several include directories that may be relative to sysroot.
* config/i386/x-mingw32 (gplus_includedir): Define.
(gplus_tool_includedir, gplus_backward_include_dir): Likewise.
(native_system_includedir): Likewise.
* config/i386/mingw32.h (STANDARD_STARTFILE_PREFIX_1): Do not
override if TARGET_SYSTEM_ROOT is defined.
(NATIVE_SYSTEM_HEADER_DIR): Likewise.
