Amongst other changes, this required a cleanup of global state
"optimizer" in ipa-icf.c:ipa_icf_driver to avoid a segfault on the

Avoid discrepancy between the installed name of the driver as used
by libgccjit (e.g. "x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-gcc-5.0.0") and that
within the builddir by adding a simple symlink to xgcc within the
builddir, with the install-time name.
When running the testsuite, set PATH and LIBRARY_PATH when invoking
built binaries that use libgccjit so that it can find the driver, and so
that when the driver invokes the linker, the linker can find libgcc,
libgcc_s, crtbeginS.o, etc, finding them all in the builddir via "xgcc"
via libgloss.
This avoids the need for installation when running the testsuite, whilst
avoiding "baking in" any paths into the built library.
This patch doesn't touch the documentation (I plan to do that as a
followup).

(gcc::jit::playback::context::compile): Rather than looking for a
"gcc" on the path, look for GCC_DRIVER_NAME from gcc-driver-name.h,
as created by the configure script, so that we are using one for
the correct target.

This patch implements the documentation targets:

within jit/Make-lang.in, and adds detection of "sphinx-build" to the gcc
configure script.
It uses sphinx (if available) to generate the HTML jit documentation, with
texinfo as a fallback, and texinfo for the other formats.

Some files in gcc, like lto or tree, do large scale incremential hashing.
The current jhash implementation of this could be likely improved
by using an incremential hash that does not do a full rehashing
for every new value added.
This patch adds a new "inchash" class that abstracts the internal
state of the hash. This makes it easier to plug in new hashes
and also cleans up the code a bit.
Right now it is just implemented in the same way as the old
iterative hash in tree.c. The previous iterative hash code
from tree.c moved into a new separate file. Also I fixed up all
users to include the new header.
It should not really significantly change any hashing by itself,
it's mostly a cleanup at this point.
