* snapshot-index.html: Use F77 instead of G77 front end.
Remove link to CodeSourcery snapshots which was not up-to-date.
Do not refer to gcc-bugs@gcc.gnu.org any longer.
* snapshot-README: Use F77 front end instead of G77 language.
