* mpw-* Delete. Not used.
* ltconfig, ltmain.sh: Update to libtool 1.2a.
* Makefile.in (CC_FOR_TARGET): Use $(TARGET_SUBDIR) when passing -B
for newlib directory.
(CXX_FOR_TARGET): Likewise.
Bring over from devo.
