PR sanitizer/56781
* libtool-ldflags: Also prefix -static-lib*, -shared-lib*
and -B* options with -Xcompiler.
lto-plugin/
* Makefile.am (LTLDFLAGS, liblto_plugin_la_LINK): New variables.
* Makefile.in: Regenerated.
