* Makefile.in: Remove toolexecdir, glibcpp_toolexecdir (unused).
Replace glibcpp_toolexeclibdir with toolexeclibdir. * configure.in: Remove glibcpp_toolexecdir (unused). Replace glibcpp_toolexeclibdir with toolexeclibdir. Don't generate config.h or stamp-h (unused).
