* libtool-version: New.
* Makefile.am (libmudflap_la_LDFLAGS, libmudflapth_la_LDFLAGS):
Use -version-info for soname.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* configure.ac: Remove libtool_VERSION macro
* configure: Regenerate
