libitm: Use multiplicative hashing in the multi-lock TM method.
* method-ml.cc (ml_mg): Use multiplicative instead of simple hashing.
(ml_wt_dispatch::pre_write): Adapt.
(ml_wt_dispatch::pre_load): Likewise.
