* mpw-config.in: Remove.
* mpw-make.sed: Remove.
* mpw.c: Remove.
* Makefile.in (CFILES): Remove pex-mpw.c.
(CONFIGURED_OFILES): Remove pex-mpw.o.
(mpw.o, pex-mpw.o): Remove targets.
* maint-tool (undoc): Remove reference to mpw.c.
