* configure.ac (ac_libiberty_warn_cflags): Add -Wwrite-strings
-Wstrict-prototypes.
* configure, config.in: Regenerate.
* bsearch.c, index.c, rindex.c, strstr.c, strtol.c, waitpid.c: Fix
warnings and reconcile interfaces with relevant standards.
