* Makefile.in: Convert to ./ throughout. Rebuild dependencies
with explicit build rules.
(VPATH): Remove.
(.c.o): Poison.
* configure.ac (pexecute, LIBOBJS): Add ./ .
* maint-tool: Build dependencies with explicit rules.
