* pexecute.c: Updates from gcc. Copy in gcc has been removed. This
is the canonical copy. Define ISSPACE if !IN_GCC.
* alloca.c, vfprintf.c, choose-temp.c, mkstemp.c: Similarly.
* Makefile.in: Build mkstemp.o
