* libgomp.h (gomp_cpu_affinity, gomp_cpu_affinity_len): New extern
decls. (gomp_init_affinity, gomp_init_thread_affinity): New prototypes. * env.c (gomp_cpu_affinity, gomp_cpu_affinity_len): New variables. (parse_affinity): New function.
