* src/types.c (FFI_AGGREGATE_TYPEDEF): Remove.
(FFI_TYPEDEF): Rename from FFI_INTEGRAL_TYPEDEF. Replace size and
offset parameters with a type parameter; deduce size and structure
alignment. Update all users.
