* Makefile.in ($(LIBG2C)): -rpath is glibcpp_toolexeclibdir.
* aclocal.m4 (glibcpp_toolexeclibdir): Instead of
$(MULTISUBDIR), use `$CC -print-multi-os-directory`, unless
version_specific_libs is enabled.
* configure: Rebuilt.
