aclocal.m4: Replace with version copied from libstdc++-v3.
* aclocal.m4: Replace with version copied from libstdc++-v3.
* configure.in: Update for changes to aclocal and Makefile.
* configure: Regenerate.
* Makefile.in: Correct install and uninstall for cross targets.
* libU77/configure: Regenerate.
