re PR c/41046 (decNumber leaves printf call in libgcc)
PR c/41046
* decContext.c (decContextTestEndian): Call printf only if DECCHECK.
* decCommon.c ( decFloatShow): Define function only for DECCHECK
or DECTRACE.
