(vectorizable_call): Declare. * tree-vect-analyze.c (vect_analyze_operations): Call vectorizable_call. * tree-vect-transform.c (vectorizable_function): New static function. (build_vectorized_function_call): Likewise. (vectorizable_call): New function.
