* Makefile.in: added warmelt-normal.c & warmelt-genobj.c targets.
splitting warm-basilys.bysl in consecutive chunks.
* melt/warm-basilys.bysl: defprimitive does fill the type in the
data. reorganized order of definitions to facilitate splitting.
