tree-phinodes.c (remove_phi_arg_num): Don't remove PHIs without any PHI arguments left.
* tree-phinodes.c (remove_phi_arg_num): Don't remove PHIs
without any PHI arguments left. Make sure the argument that
we're supposed to remove exists at all.
