Define check_union_passing6 only for CHECK_FLOAT128hjl/iamcu/gcc-5-branch
* gcc.target/i386/iamcu/test_passing_unions.c (check_union_passing6):
Define only if CHECK_FLOAT128 is defined.
(main): Properly initialize u5.
