* rtl.h (PREFETCH_SCHEDULE_BARRIER_P): New macro.
* sched-deps.c (sched_analyze_2): Make prefetches a hard barrier
when volatile flag is set.
* doc/rtl.texi (PREFETCH_SCHEDULE_BARRIER_P): Add documentation pieces.
