quoting in printf format.
* decl.c (duplicate_decls, start_decl): Use %qD instead of
unquoted %D.
objc:
* objc-act.c: Use %q, %< and %> for quoting in diagnostics.
testsuite:
* gcc.dg/builtin-prefetch-1.c: Adjust expected messages.
