* predict.def: Set outcomes according to more recent results. (PRED_LOOP_CONDITION, PRED_LOOP_PRECONDITIONING, PRED_LOOP_HEADER): Remove dead predictors. * predict.c (return_prediction): Fix pasto. From-SVN: r122347
