integrate.c (get_hard_reg_initial_reg): New.
* integrate.c (get_hard_reg_initial_reg): New.
* integrate.h (get_hard_reg_initial_reg): Prototype.
* local-alloc.c (block_alloc): Don't tie pseudos that
represent call-saved hard regs' initial values.
