Fix pbb_number_of_iterations_at_time.

* graphite-poly.c (pbb_number_of_iterations): Removed.
(pbb_number_of_iterations_at_time): Correctly compute the number
of iterations in the transformed loop.
* graphite-poly.h (pbb_number_of_iterations): Removed.
