* builtin-attrs.def, builtin-attrs.def, builtins.c, cpplex.c,
cpplib.c, gencheck.c, gengenrtl.c, machmode.def, protoize.c: Don't
use macros from "symcat.h", instead rely on ISO C.
* system.h: Don't include "symcat.h".
* configure.in (AC_C_STRINGIZE): Delete.
* config.in, configure: Regenerate.
