dwarf2out.c (output_loc_list): Remove no longer necessary, and now incorrect, hunk.

* dwarf2out.c (output_loc_list): Remove no longer necessary, and now
incorrect, hunk.
(add_location_or_const_value_attribute): Use text_section_label,
not TEXT_SECTION_NAME.
