* defaults.h (TARGET_USE_JCR_SECTION): New macro.
* doc/tm.texi (TARGET_USE_JCR_SECTION): Document it.
* config/i386/cygming.h (TARGET_USE_JCR_SECTION): Override
default.

* class.c (emit_register_classes): Use TARGET_USE_JCR_SECTION.
