* defaults.h (TARGET_LIBGCC_LIBFUNCS): Remove.
* optabs.c (init_optabs): Don't check it.
* config/arm/bpabi.h (TARGET_LIBGCC_LIBFUNCS): Do not define.
* doc/tm.texi (TARGET_LIBGCC_FUNCS): Remove.
