* cfgexpand.c (partition_stack_vars): Call
update_alias_info_with_stack_vars unconditionally.
(update_alias_info_with_stack_vars): Allow unused
unreferenced vars when not optimizing.
* gfortran.dg/pr43808.f90: New test.
