* gcc.c (LINK_COMMAND_SPEC): Don't handle -A, -d or -m.
* config/darwin.h (LINK_COMMAND_SPEC_A): Likewise.
* config/i386/djgpp.h (LINK_COMMAND_SPEC): Likewise.
