* config/arm/linux-elf.h (SUBTARGET_FRAME_POINTER_REQUIRED): Define.
* config/arm/arm.h (SUBTARGET_FRAME_POINTER_REQUIRED): Provide
default definition.
(FRAME_POINTER_REQUIRED): Use SUBTARGET_FRAME_POINTER_REQUIRED.
